Many years ago, some friends and I went to the Brimfield Antique Fair and saw a chair like this. It had a ripped pink cover. The dealer wanted about $160 for it. It was one of the first things we saw that day and we all took a pass. Unfortunately, we didn’t realize that we were looking at a William Haines designed elbow chair worth much more than the dealer was asking. I am still kicking myself.
